Congratulations on your new eyes, Dr. Beth Snow!

Beth Snow is witty, smart, funny and has a heart of gold. We are similar in a gazillion different ways: we are both Geeks-In-Training, we both spent a humongous amount of time and dollar$ in graduate school (leading to PhDs) and we both love our duality (academic/blogger). Ah, I almost forgot… we both NEED MacBook Pros. In addition, Beth is a great friend and I’m very happy I have her in my life.

If you read her blog frequently, you’ll know that the beautiful blue eyes of Dr. Beth Snow no longer wear contacts. Yes, you read right. Dr. Beth Snow has a 20/20 vision now. She even liveblogged the event! Congrats, Beth! Soon as I make enough money to pay for my eye surgery, I’ll follow in your steps!
