Liar by Dragonette
As usual, I am blogging about yet another song that has me obsessed. I discovered Canadian New Wave/SynthPop/ElectroPop group Dragonette via my friend Lynne Polischiuk, who Blip.fm’d (is that even a verb?) a couple of their songs. The one that is currently on repeat on my iPod is Liar. I have downloaded the full album, Fixin’ to Thrill. Listen to the song and let me know what you think. Awesome: Always happy to see a good band getting some props. ‘Easy’ is one of my favourite songs–and yes, they are amazing live. Tina is a talented songwriter, and if you poke around the internetz you’ll see she’s done a lot of work with other artists and even as a solo artist back in the day (check out ‘The Cure for Bad Deeds’, a great little album). Once again: You have great taste, Raul đŸ™‚
