Photos of Italian Day on Commercial Drive (with the Canon PowerShot SD1200)
Last Friday, Rebecca, her Mom and I went for lunch to Milestones on Robson Street. While we chatted, we reminisced about how badly I needed a new camera (this was a conversation Rebecca and I had in 2008!). Because of my budget constraints, I hadn’t really made an effort to get myself a new camera, until John Biehler recommended the Canon PowerShot SD1200 which was a total steal deal at Staples ($98 before tax, no SIM card included). This price was much more within my budget range, so I got the last one that Staples had. I went to Italian Day on Commercial Drive and took a few photos. From my initial view, the purchase was absolutely necessary. This Canon PowerShot SD100 seems like a very good camera (for a point-and-shoot).
