Menudo for brunch with my Mom #MexMonday

My Mom and I (and well, my brothers A and S too) have a tradition whenever I’m in Mexico. On Sundays, religiously, we wake up and head to our favorite menuderia (menudo shop) and order menudo for brunch. I really don’t like the meat that is served with menudo, but I love the broth. So spicy and flavourful! You can also make vegetarian menudo, just in case you were wondering.
