Triskaidecaphobia and Friday The 13th

I have never watched Friday The 13th (the gory movie franchise) but I have definitely heard lots of people who are superstitious and shun today (Friday The 13th) as one of those risky/dangerous/to-be-avoided days. I don’t have triskaidecaphobia, but I know that there are people who do. Ironically, I have taken elevators in the city of Vancouver where the 13th floor has been erased. Isn’t that a little bit ridiculous? Seriously.
