Vancouver School Board Spring 2012 Courses

You know when you have a resource at your fingertips and you always say “next term, I’m going to make use of it”? Yeah. That happens to me quite a lot. Specifically, with the Vancouver School Board. I agree with my friend Monique in that I think a lot of people don’t realize how affordable and good these classes are. The printed catalogues should be arriving in mailboxes this week but here’s a look at the program offerings for Spring. Classes start next week!

Below are some sample courses that people who like the same things I do might consider doing.

Basic Spanish for Travellers. 8 Sessions starting April 12. $139

Photography: Better Pictures in 1 Day. 1 session May 5 from 9-4. $99

Dance Workshop: Salsa. 1 session May 5, 11-1. $36

Blog Around the World: Basics of Travel Writing. 6 sessions starting Apr 18. $124

Volleyball Level 1, 2 and 3: 4 sessions. $39-86

I know for a fact many of my close friends (particularly those who are NOT on social media platforms) have taken advantage of the affordable courses that VSB offers. You probably want to do the same!
