In the past few years, I have assembled numerous packages of dinner and a theatre show and given them away as a package for my readers, and they’ve been wildly successful. This year, I have partnered with Tourism Vancouver, The Arts Club and the Dockside Restaurant to give away one wonderful package (branded Act I, Eat 1) for dinner at the Dockside and then the wonderful “Do You Have What I’ve Got: A Craigslist Cantata” which is presented by The Arts Club within the context of the Push Festival 2012. I’ve heard that Craigslist Cantata has been wildly successful and dinner at the Dockside is always spectacular.

Featuring original songs including “Six Toes in Langley,” “Children’s Guillotine,” “Free Man’s Toupee” and “You Dropped Your Bible.”

My favorite thing about Vancouver is the selection of dining! There are so many food choices in Vancouver with the diverse restaurants and specialty supermarkets. You can try out authentic food from different parts of the world in Vancouver already.

My favorite thing about Vancouver is that it is such a diverse city that is so very culturally rich. Where else can you being fully immersed in little India (Main St.) and move on to China town then off to Italian fares on Commerical Drive – all within minutes from another!!

I like the proximity to both the mountains and the ocean.
I love Vancouver because of the beautiful scenery. We have mountains, water, greenery everywhere. I love the clean air! Vancouver is also terrific with its emphasis on healthy active lifestyles. I love snoeboarding and Vancouver has great mountains! I retweeted as well!

There is no other place in the world like Vancouver. I lived in London for ten years and loved it, but was ultimately drawn back here. It’s the combination the setting by the ocean and mountains, the neighborhoods, the high-quality restaurants etc. that make it special….and family and friends make it home.
Vancouver is a wonderful place to live and raise a family.
Love Vancouver beaches year-round. Nothing like a picnic at Jericho in the summer, or a walk on the sea wall anytime.
Looking at the beautiful snow-capped mountains is one of the things I love about living in Vancouver.
I love how I don’t have to spend hours in the car to get places. I live downtown, can go eat, walk in nature, shop, and go up a mountain within an hour.
