Photography is in the eye and in the heart
Recently, I have been sending my photos to Flickr and then Twitter (just with my little point and shoot) and I honestly feel proud of how my photography is evolving. I may not have a DSLR, but even with my P.A.S. I think I’ve shot a few good ones recently. And Mark Hamilton (Kwantlen Polytechnic University) recently indicated “photography is in the eye and in the heart”
The comment from Mark made my day. Because it’s true – I may not have the best equipment but I put my all, my heart and my everything in all the things I do. Including photography. A couple of recent shots I’m pretty proud of below. And thanks for the encouragement, Mark (and everyone who has been commenting on my photos).

Raul these pictures are beautiful. And I too am struck by Mark’s quote that photography is in the eye and the heart. Of these, i can’t decide which is my fave – the one of the marina or the last photo of the creek. I can almost hear it bubbling at my feet =)
