Happy National Chocolate Cake Day 2012

So, I have to say I didn’t find the National Chocolate Cake Day on Wikipedia and I’m kind of pondering if this is just a gimmick to make us buy chocolate cake today and eat it (it’s not like that’s hard with me – I *love* chocolate cake). But I have seen posts on Huffington Post Canada and other sites where it’s being promoted so I guess … Happy National Chocolate Cake Day 2012! How are you going to celebrate it? As a Mexican, I am proud of the role that Aztecs had in the development of chocolate. And I do admittedly have a sweet tooth, so I’m sure there’ll be chocolate cake in the menu tonight!
