The Tainted Lovers (music band)

I’m not really a music band critic, there’s people out there who do that better than I do. But I had a chance to see The Tainted Lovers live at the Movember Closing Party, and they were AMAZING. Excuse the really bad sound quality (as my digital camera isn’t really designed for video in these conditions), but suffice it to say, I loved the covers this band created. AND the fact that they have a blog earns them brownie points for me.

Movember 2010 Closing Party

Undeniably one of Vancouver’s best-drawing party bands, The Tainted Lovers are veteran musicians who have been entertaining wildly enthusiastic audiences in Canada and the US with their brand of retro madness since 1996.

The Tainted Lovers are in demand for private and corporate parties. Their stylized, non-stop retro show offers a refreshing change from the usual party bands. Let them bring all of the energy and excitement of their live show to your private party.

They have performed for companies big and small, from high-techs to Fortune 500s, and have been hired to perform all over Canada and the US. The Tainted Lovers are also proud to have taken part in numerous charitable fundraisers for organizations such as the BC Cancer Society and Afro News.

Their mission is simple: To keep you on the dance floor all night long.

They are AWESOME.
