Happy One Year Birthday, Aiden Riley Schweber!

I can’t believe it’s been already one year since I followed closely my good friends Ianiv and Arieanna Schweber‘s live-tweeting of Arieanna‘s labour. I’ve been good friends with the Schwebers for a few years now, and there are a number of things that bond us together. Their son, Aiden Riley Schweber (now one year old) is one of those elements that are part of our bond. For me, I see Aiden as my “adoptive nephew” and through this past year, have enjoyed seeing him grow into the little guy he is now. We celebrated Aiden’s birthday yesterday (you may have seen the flurry of #AidenTurns1 tweets), and I feel privileged to be part of his life and to be friends with the Schweber’s as they grow into a family of their own.
