Happy birthday Lisa! (@lisamedia)
One of my very best friends (and thank you blogging and social media in Vancouver for introducing her to me) is Lisa Thomas-Tench (@lisamedia on Twitter). Lisa and I are extremely similar in a lot of respects. We both have MBAs, we both love economics, we think very much alike, we are keenly preoccupied with international development and poverty alleviation, we are both educators and we are both lovers of all things geekery.
So it’s not a surprise that we have connected so well. We have worked together in co-teaching courses in business, economics and marketing, quantitative methods and business strategy. We have collaborated in social media strategy projects. We have a hive mind in many ways. And I am very grateful to have her in my life.
Lisa, you know how much you mean to me and how lucky I feel to have you as my friend. Happy birthday, and enjoy your day with Greg
