Happy belated birthday, @RobertB

I owe Robert Ballantyne a great deal. A policy governance facilitator, an organizational change and management specialist, but more than anything, a great human being, Robert has been extremely kind and generous in his time. He has helped me with some incredibly insightful wisdom. He has offered advice generously and without expecting anything in return. Robert has been a great friend and I do hope that he finds as much joy in building a friendship with me as I have, because I consider him a wonderful individual and I feel blessed that he is in my life. Happy belated birthday, Robert!
