A Papyrus card from @kiwano’s @cecilialu and @sribeiro

Earlier this year I began a collaborative effort in partnership with the green marketing company Kiwano, spearheaded by my good friends Cecilia Lu and Sofia Ribeiro, both absolutely lovely women and very smart collaborators. Most of my friends have, in the past few years, taken to associate me with the hummingbird, Sofia recently gave me a card by Papyrus that totally melted my heart. Here it is:

Legends say that hummingbirds float free of time carrying out hopes for love, joy and celebration. Like a hummingbird, we aspire to hover and savor each moment as it passes, embrace all that life has to offer and to celebrate the joy of every day. The hummingbird’s delicate grace reminds us that life is rich, beauty is everywhere, every personal connection has meaning and that laughter is life’s sweetest creation.

I think this quote summarizes me to a T.
