@Shop4Shelter Garage Sale For Shelter on Main Street

I was alerted by several friends who are realtors with Royal LePage about an event touted ‘Garage Sale for Shelter’, part of a national campaign in suport of the RLP Shelter Foundation. As probably everyone who reads my blog knows, I’m a big supporter of non-profit causes and anything, in particular, I am quite fond of fundraisers that have to do with ending domestic violence.
You can donate, and/or shop at the event, which takes place May 15th at 3333 Main Street (17th and Main). Coincidentally, that’s actually within my neighbourhood, but unfortunately I won’t be able to attend as I am heading to Victoria for the weekend (I’m speaking at WordCamp Victoria tomorrow).
