City of Bhangra Festival Apr 29th to May 8th
I’m always grateful that the community of public relations professionals keep me abreast of what’s happening in my own city that I might not be aware and invites me to events, but I sometimes don’t know if I have the time to attend all the things I get invited to. But this event is one I would really like to attend as I have a lot of friends who are into Bhangra (most notably, HZ and JH).
The festival, organized by the Vancouver International Bhangra Celebration (VIBC) Society, encourages cultural exploration and community participation through a diverse series of events highlighting the Northern India music and dance art form known as Bhangra.
