Where is the best bellini in town?

Bellini at the Backstage Lounge I had an opportunity to hang out with my friend Nathan Tippe at the Backstage Lounge as we recently saw “Billy Bishop Goes To War” (he was my Plus One that evening). We had a drink just before and I ordered a bellini. I’ve always had a soft spot for bellinis, but recently when I went to Market at Shangri-La, I ordered one and I really didn’t enjoy it. My favorite spots so far for bellinis are Earls and Milestones. Which other places have nice bellinis? If you have a suggestion for a place/bar/restaurant that has good bellinis, please drop it on the comment box. Much appreciated!

Pretty sure Cactus Club makes a decent bellini… but I agree, Earls is always a safe bet!

cactus takes the cake without a doubt… Always doubles and always consistent. No lower mainland restaurant is in the same category

There’s a great Bellini at Lux on Granville Street. It’s not your slushy syrup gross Bellini you get at the chains but delicious peach purée topped up with Italian prosecco. Check it out
