Improvements to the Skytrain stations
I was walking to the Skytrain station with my friend Minna (co-founder of The Network Hub and before we took the Skytrain we were commenting on how many of the improvements that were implemented in the city because of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. We both agreed that we quite like them. I think these are part of what many people have come the legacies of Vancouver 2010.
I quite like the fact that it is much easier to see the station from afar, even in the dark. This is one of the signs outside the Skytrain station Stadium/Chinatown, near the Tinseltown mall.

I also like the improvements. Before you really had to be in the know if you wanted to efficiently navigate the skytrain system. I know Translink chose the “T” symbol on the fly with the intents of changing it at a later date. Have you heard anything about that?
To be quite honest, I don’t know whether Translink will change the T symbol, but I quite like it! đŸ™‚
