Happy birthday @CathyBrowne!

I first met Cathy Browne when Isabella and I were looking for someone to do the Public and Media Relations role for Mental Health Camp Vancouver. She had recently arrived from the San Francisco Bay area and was relocating to Vancouver, armed with over 25 years of experience in the PR world. She recently moved permanently to Vancouver with her husband Dave, whom we also have grown to love and adore. Cathy has become sort of a beacon of the Vancouver tech/social media/PR community, always there for people when they need her, and in particular, she attends most of the social gatherings, meetups and tweetups.

I have nothing but words of praise for Cathy, as she did a fabulous job at Mental Health Camp Vancouver ‘09 and I am hoping (counting on) her to be again the Public Relations and Media Concierge for MHC Vancouver ‘10. Many of us in Vancouver run to Cathy when we need advice or a word of comfort.
