Tom Cochrane and Red Rider at Molson Canadian Hockey House
I didn’t get a chance to attend the media preview of Molson Canadian Hockey House last week, but I was invited as their guest (thanks Adam, Tonia, Bryan and Ferg) yesterday (February 15th) to enjoy a few beers, some food and see a live concert by Tom Cochrane and Red Rider. I have been a fan (and a friend) of the folks at Molson for a long while now, so I was glad to accept the invite for the Fan Zone.
I will confess that even when I wasn’t living in Canada, I had already listened to Tom Cochrane. And last night was really electrifying.
I have rarely seen 20, 21 year olds sing along to a guy who could possibly be their parents’ age. Cochrane truly is a Canadian icon, and I’m glad that I got an opportunity to see him live. His music is energizing, and I really, really enjoyed the evening. You can visit the Hockey House at Concord Pacific Place (I understand Fan Zone passes are $ 99 per person).
Check them online at @Hockey_House (on Twitter) and on their website.
The rest of my photos from the evening is here.
