Happy birthday Monica Hamburg!

My very good friend Monica Hamburg is a speaker, researcher, social media maven but above all of these things, she’s a wonderful human being with whom I’ve been able to strike a really close friendship. I met Monica precisely at one of the events she helps co-organize, Third Tuesday. We hit it off from day one, and I’ve been very lucky to also become really good friends with her life partner, Chris. We’ve shared lots of adventures, including numerous Rock Band parties at Tanya’s, several events where either we both have been speakers or at least one of us has spoken. I have relied on Monica many a time for sage advice and support during tough times, and I’m very blessed to have her as my friend. And, the great thing is, we seem to have the same strange sense of humour (which is only a bonus). On this day, my dear friend, happy birthday to you! I am sorry I missed your birthday last year but heck, I’m here this year so… much love always!
