Snow Patrol – Chasing Cars (music)

Very recently, Derek wrote about music that moves us, that experience that we have when we listen to particular songs that just have an impact on our emotions. In my case, there are numerous songs that make me shed tears, and this particular song (Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol) just makes me all teary eyed (as does Over and Over by Wilson Philips, a song I featured a few weeks back).
