@PaddlingGeek wants you to join a Twitter Dragonboat team

Kimm sent me an email recently asking whether I’d be interested in joining a DragonBoat team composed of Twitterers. Sadly, I can’t join, but here is a modified version of her tweet (gives the details).

I was curious if you and or anyone you’d know be interested in joining a dragon boat team this summer of all twitters? There is a fundraiser (BC Childrens Hospital Paddle for Kids) at the end of August this year that raises money for the BC Childrens. At this event people don’t have to be a pro at paddling but just have fun. Now we just need 20-24 people interested … there will be a fee to join …. to help pay for attending the event and boat rental. 9 weeks of once a week practices.. a water tweet up??
