Things are changing around me so fast it’s almost impossible to catch up. I feel this is a sign of the times. Over a year ago, Tanya (aka NetChick) was inviting me to her house-warming party (current place) and now, she is the proud owner of a one-bedroom apartment just steps away from good friends of ours Gus and Russ and MJ and the J-Man!
I’m proud of you, Tanya… you’ve grown so much in the past year, and in so many ways! Congratulations and hey – I get first dibs on the carpet! 
I will bring the red wine!

I think it is incredible the outpouring of well wishes for Tanya, today. As I waited for the signed contract to come back from the Seller I was astounded at how many people on Twitter and Facebook were tuned in and quick to offer congrats and woots. I am honoured to be involved with such an amazing group of supportive and loyal people. Everyone, including you Mr. Hummingbird604 rock.
