Thank you everyone who came down for VanTechKaraoke and for Vancouver Bloggers Meetup. I was a bit worried about whether Shenanigan’s would be the right place, but it seems everyone had a great time. Love you all a lot. You made my night.

THANKS, RAUL! I think it got loud later which made some conversation difficult, and I felt a little roughness in my voice but I had a really great time. It’s amazing finding like-minded people amidst completely diverse blog subjects. Too bad I missed your karaoke but I got home close to 10 as it was and had to get up early for work! I think it was worth it
The location was much more convenient for me.
I attended a Philosopher’s Cafe last month at a tiny restaurant that was otherwise closed to the public, so it was really conducive to group discussion. I mean, that’s the point of course, not one-on-one or whatever, but the ability for 3 or more people to tune in is kinda fun. I guess going to bars/pubs means you don’t have to spend any money, although a cafe would perhaps be more ideal (quieter). Lots of space though there, which is great. Anyway, hopefully see you at the next one!
