Announcing VanTechKaraoke right after Vancouver Bloggers Meetup!

So, after the last Launch Party Vancouver, Maura and I got talking about doing something fluid, something fun that people could just attend and let loose and not have something super-structured. The idea of doing Vancouver Tech Karaoke (#vantechkaraoke) arose and we decided to call all Vancouver bloggers/tweeps/everyone who reads my blog, etc. to join us for an evening of singing and hanging out with friends.
WHAT – Inaugural Vancouver Tech Karaoke
WHERE – Shenanigan’s (Blue Horizon Hotel) – 1225 Robson Street.
WHEN – Wednesday April 8th, 2009 – Any time after 8:00pm (we’ll try to be there by 8pm).
WHY – Just because we like karaoke and we want you to join us.
HOW MUCH – Cover is free on Wednesdays. Isn’t it awesome?
I am going to try to get a Facebook event but I can’t promise as I’m over-worked. But if you feel like coming, why not drop a comment here informally (leaving a comment doesn’t commit you to come by, but it’d be fun
