WordCamp Whistler site live

Duane just gave me a quick heads up on the launch of the shiny and wonderfully designed and coded WordCamp Whistler website.

I am hoping to give a talk up there, but it’s not guaranteed at this point. Many of you may know that I gave a talk at WordCamp Fraser Valley on how I switched platforms from Blogger to WordPress earlier this year. As someone who came into WordPress practically from zero, I would hope that I could help other blogging newbies. I’ve already pitched my talk via the speaker form.

I do know is that Lorelle VanFossen will be the keynote speaker and that Andy Peatling will be talking about BuddyPress after the official December 15th release. It should be lots of fun!
