Thank you
You don’t need to know the full story.
You don’t have to know all the many reasons why I am so happy this evening.
But you deserve to be thanked. So, THANK YOU.
For various reasons, I’ve been feeling particularly blessed and happy today. One of them was the recognition that my blog is where it is, and that I, as a blogger, am where I am in no small part because of the great people who read what I write. It’s an honor, it’s fun, it’s fulfilling and more than anything, it’s a labor of love.
While I was reflecting on how I’d write this short thank you note, I thought about what is THE most fun part of the blogging I’ve done in the past couple of years. It’s the conversations. It’s the Web 2.0 element. It is the interaction. On Twitter. On the comments section. In person, at Meetups, WordCamp, Launch Party, Net Tuesday, Third Tuesday, Vancouver Bloggers Meetup.
You, who read this, are very much a part of this blog. For all these reasons, and many more, thanks.
