Eatery review – Liberty Bakery (Main Street)
There is only one thing that sucks about being allergic to squash … you can’t really enjoy butternut squash soup (oh wait… I hadn’t told you I’m allergic to squash… yep, I am… and I’m lactose intolerant. *sigh*)… But the best butternut squash soup in town, I’ve been told, is produced by Liberty Bakery, on Main and 21st. Avenue.

This little piece of heaven is wonderful for work-related meetings (when I’m working from home and other friends/colleagues who live near by are doing the same), or just for lunch. I’ve had their wonderful sandwiches on foccacia bread (in my case, I like turkey but they’ve got also hummus-based delicacies). Needless to say, great food and a very comfortable, home-like atmosphere. We should probably organize an intimate Tweetup or Blogger Meetup here, just a few folks
