Upcoming event – GLOBE 2008

While I have never attended the conference (I’m sorry but $ 1,395 is a tad too steep a price to pay for this), I’ve always been lucky in that the GLOBE organizers always make passes to the trade fair available to me. Many of my friends and colleagues attend the fair not only as visitors but also as part of the trade show, so it’s nice to walk around and say hi to people I haven’t seen in a while. So I suggest you check GLOBE 2008.

When:  March 12th to 14th, 10-6 pm.

Where: Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Why: Because it’s a really cool show.

Will I be there? Yeah, most likely in the morning on one of the days as I have a heck of a lot of things to attend in the afternoons and evenings next week. And lots of birthdays to celebrate too!
