Marché (Yonge and Dundas, Toronto)
A restaurant is irrelevant to me if I can’t enjoy its food with my friends. So I was delighted to have a chance to try Marché in Toronto last September with my friend Lisa Thomas-Tench. We were walking around Dundas and Yonge and we decided to go and try it out. Hanging out with Lisa was wonderful, since she spent a substantial amount of time in Toronto, she knew where to take me and what places to go.
The weather was very nice so that helped too. I ordered a chicken salad ($10) which was massive.
Walking around Marché I realized how different this place is from anywhere I’ve been before. There’s little islands of food (and a variety of ethnic groups).
Of course, we couldn’t leave dessert alone
And of course, we had to be healthy so we ordered smoothies.
Disclosure: We paid for our lunch (Lisa and I) on our own dime. I wasn’t paid to write this review, nor was I required to do so either. In any review I write or publish on my site, I retain editorial control at all times. Should you have any questions/concern feel free to contact me via e-mail through my contact form.
