* by &quot;all the time&quot; I mean regularly, but not for long periods of time. Also, I don&#039;t do system updates, watch lots of video, that sort of thing. But I do use skype, which works well. 

Essentially, it is a portable high speed modem - better than &quot;lite&quot; adsl or cable service but not like a campus or office connection.</description>
