		<description>@ Beth - I had been sleeping 4-6, but last night (Saturday) I went to bed at 6pm and just woke up, so that&#039;d add up to 15 hours.

People generally need between 7-9 hrs (according to my doctor, anyway), but it varies... e.g., one person might need 9 hrs to feel well rested, another might only need 7.</description>
