But you are right... everyone has their own definition of work-life balance and what makes them happy. Like Michelle said, what matters is that you are happy.

I try to find my peace somewhere with snowboard and surfing outside of work... but sometimes even that feels like &quot;busyness&quot;... when that happens, I just have to take a step back and just spend a night on the couch to relax or do some yoga. Sometimes we even need a break from having fun! Haha :)</description>

Why Not Try Harmony Instead?&quot; Harmony can be full-on and still leave you at with more energy at the end of the day than when you started.  And it&#039;s beautiful, too!</description>
