I’d bring Remy the Rat from Ratatouille…with him pulling on my hair I can get a cover job as a chef in a 3-Michelin stars restaurant and can conduct my convert operations on my days off…after all, it is France and with a 35-hour work week, I’ll have plenty of ‘free’ time to operate.

Easy – I’d take Lady Gaga. She knows how to get attention. There’s no way she travels alone, but you never notice anyone but her in the pictures. She would ride her bicycle around the streets of Paris, distracting everyone with her ridiculously loud headpieces and flashy leotards (and probably get pulled over a few times by the cops for indecent exposure)… and I would then be left to do my business in peace!

Phedre is a (pseudo) Parisian courtesan who also happens to thwart international intrigue on a regular basis through rather unorthodox and thoroughly effective methods. Forget about those boys who carry big stick/guns/fists, Phedre is stunning, smart and tough as nails…Paris doesn’t stand a chance.

Liam Neeson, so incase I get kidnapped he will come and find me. We all know of all those people waiting to kidnap young boys, but if I bring Liam Neeson with me, he will hunt them down and kill everybody. Also Liam Neeson was Qui-Gon Jinn, a Jedi Master, so his jedi mind tricks would be very helpful in getting us into secret French places.

I’d totally take Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She’d somehow manage to have random people (Angel, Spike, etc.) show up, and plus she has her huge army of slayers at her beck and call. This one's so easy... I take my wife Helen. Why? Well, besides the unprofessional reasons like she's never been there and she loves to travel (well, actually she loves to BE places more than she loves to travel... I might have to medicate her to get her on an airplane!)... besides all that, what could be LESS suspicious than a guy travelling to Paris with his partner? She'd be the perfect cover for me - and maybe in amongst all the shopping, sightseeing and coffee shops I could find time to duck out the back entrance of somewhere and nip off for a quick hour of espionage. While it might be nice to take someone else who hasn’t been there yet, the wise move (for a covert agent like me) would be to bring along an attractive sharpshootin’ accomplice to distract attention from me. Now, I know a few who are sexy enough, but I’d have to do some interviewing and skills assessments on the marks(wo)manship. So maybe I’d have to run my own sub-contest…? Either way, I’m definitely the lead guy to have on the op.
