A few years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Susan and get a behind the scenes view of their catering operation in Vancouver. She's a wonderful person to meet, we chatted about recruitment and ended up working with her (we do recruitment for hospitality). What really knocked my socks off was the food they served right there at the catering HO. The fact that they are concerned about the environment is another big thumbs up to them.
