		<description>Great stuff, Raul. We&#039;re grateful for the mentions throughout! So true what you say about not following every social media fad. Personally, I think there is a tendency in marketing environments to reach for the next big thing and constantly innovate. We&#039;ve tried to have the discipline to stick to what&#039;s working and resist the urge to get into new channels and technologies without a sound objective in mind.
