I had those enchiladas for lunch yesterday along with an order of churros. Yes, Salsa and Agave does it better. Have you tried Vallarta Grill which is on the same block (Water Street)? Based on the enchiladas I’ve had at all three, my ranking would be 1) S&A 2) La Casita and 3) Vallarta Grill.
